JB's Mountain Bikes is a full service shop that offers everything from Mountain Bikes, Road Bikes, Cyclecross Bikes, and BMX Bikes. Justin carries some very well known brands and always has a fantastic inventory. He will be happy to custom order you anything bike or bike related that you want. JB's service is top notch as well! If you want you bike fixed correctly the first time and want to be treated with respect this is a great place for you. In addition, JB's has cordinated with the cycling community to donate his time, materials, and parts to the Reading BIke Hub and to Berks Area Mountian Bike Association (BAMBA). He is a good dude and a runs good shop...
Guys at the shop are knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions one may have. Made switch to different style of biking and they took the time to answer all my questions. They directed me as to what was and what wasn't pertinent to my situation instead of just buying a bunch of unnecessary items. Nice to have such a professional and accomdating shop at ones disposal.
Justin is very knowledgeable about all aspects of biking. I had two bikes that needed repairs and despite only having a few days notice before I needed them for the Outer Banks Justin had them repaired in time to save the day. He doesn't try to push you into expensive purchases and shows you the middle of the line and allows you to determine what you need or want while providing helpful advice and information along the way. His service and attitude has earned my respect and my continuous business permanently.
Great Shop! Nice atmosphere always willing to help as much as they can. Smaller shop they keep a good amount in stock but as with most specialty items will need to be ordered. Service area is open air to the showroom and turnaround time is quick. One of my favorite local shops.
